Amazingly, nothing broke today. A couple of power dumps overnight brought another 10cms of new to heal the damage wrought by yesterdays warmth. The skies dawned clear with good light for shooting, but built to convective snow squalls by the afternoon. More snow never hurt anything, especially as it stayed cool in the shade of the clouds. Rode with Lee and Heath today as I needed more than the one runs worth I got the day before. Both cats went North so I spent the morning with Lee and the afternoon with Heath. The skiing was springlike on the southern exposures and blower winter conditions on the norths. Jeff had come out to board with the one of the crews, riding out to meet us on a sled. The biggest problem for me with shooting out in the North Zone is its distance from the Lodge, making for long transit times in a cat. With a stashed sled it's much more manageable so I hopped out around 2:00 and rode back with him to expedite my return to the Lodge. The slideshow came together well again and sales were brisk, all three groups buying their shots, making all the hard work worthwhile.
