So, What Else Is New...

Looks like my web host has been at it again and, after being unable to reach the site for a couple of days, they have lost the last couple of posts I put up. I'm getting rather tired of this. Well at least they didn't lose the entire site like they did last time...

I've been at home for the last week, enjoying some days off and getting some rest in preparation for this winters last tour of duty at the Lodge. It's been snowing all day here with about 10cm new on my deck. I imagine there is a bit more on the ground up at Baldface, nice way to end the season.

I skied a day at Red this week. It did little to inspire me and I have definitely decided not to buy another pass next year. I don't know what it is but I've lost interest is skiing there and am not interested in subsidizing the influx of condo dwellers, to which the ski hill seems intent on catering to either. Maybe when they decide to build something on mountain like a detachable quad or a lift that accesses some new terrain or even a serious glading program, instead of condos and golf courses, then I might consider it. Until then, I'm pretty much over Red Mountain. I'd rather tour...

Looks like this really is the Un-Red.
